Over the course of four weeks, you will be gently guided through a holistic healing process inspired by the four natural elements—Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Each week focuses on specific aspects of your physical, emotional, and energetic health, paired with bespoke herbal formulas and supportive rituals that cultivate balance and vitality.
Weekly Breakdown:
WEEK 1: EARTH — Root & Remember
Ground into your body and energy. Begin building trust and reconnect with your internal rhythms. Earth herbs like nettles, oatstraw, and ashwagandha help root and restore you.
Theme: Grounding, presence, and attunement to the body’s messages.
Session Focus:
