If you are interested in herbal medicine, but you don't know where to start, this course is for you. This two part introductory herbalism class is designed to help you understand the crucial fundamentals when it comes to herbal medicine and understanding how to use plant medicine in our everyday lives. In the second part of this class we will go over how to use different forms of herbal medicine, including teas, capsules, tinctures, salves, oils, and smoke blends.
