If you are interested in herbal medicine, but you don't know where to start, this course is for you. This two part introductory herbalism class is designed to help you understand the crucial fundamentals when it comes to herbal medicine and understanding how to use plant medicine in our everyday lives. In the first part of this class we will go over the history of herbalism and the practical breakdown of how herbs work in the body systems as well as their characteristics and affinities.
